Hello UWF,
Tonight we are hosting a Meet the Candidate Event, we need you to be there with 3 or 4 of your friends and neighbors. We all need to be educated so we make the best choice for our City Council. 7:00PM at City Hall 790 S. 100 E. behind the library. Knowledge is power.
Also tomorrow is the deadline for the Davis County Flag Contest if you have any Jr. High or High School Students who were working towards the honor of creating the first every Republican County Flag and win a $50 iTune Card in the process.

- The United Women’s Forum is the outgrowth of a neighborhood of women in Bountiful Utah who became very concerned with the growth of pornography, gay-rights issues, the threat against religious freedom and expression, and liberalism of moral values in the media and in our country. We banned together in the fall of 2006 to try to do something to make a difference. We were officially organized under the banner of United Women’s forum in March of 2007. We are dedicated to staying informed and presenting ways we can help existing national organizations and legislators that promote family, faith and freedom. Our Mission Statement is...to encourage and motivate women of faith to unite and stand together in promoting and defending moral government.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. We are women of a firm faith in Jesus Christ and believe that it is His right to rule in the affairs of men.
2. We believe that the foundations of true liberty are found in Jesus Christ and His gospel. We also believe that our founding fathers were fully aware of this connection when they laid the foundations of our liberty.
3. We must understand the nature of the conflict and the issues that threaten our liberties.
4. We believe that if we are to succeed in this battle we must be faithful and fearless by putting on the whole armor of God. By doing this we will be strengthened and empowered.
5. We know that if we will hold fast to these governing principles and continue in diligence and in faith that God will give us victory.
